Why we started
Owner-operators were doing two jobs. Driving all day, then dispatching all night.
Refreshing load boards, arguing over detention, chasing a rate confirmation that should have come hours ago. The driving was the easy part.
So we set up the dispatch desk we would have wanted. One that negotiates hard for the carrier, keeps the paperwork straight and doesn’t go quiet at five o’clock.
