What you get
Dispatch that pays for itself in the first week
Not a load board subscription with a person attached. A dispatcher who works your truck like it is the only one on the book.
We negotiate before you commit
Nothing gets booked without your approval, and you always see the rate confirmation before the truck rolls.
A dispatcher who answers
Breakdown at midnight, receiver refusing a load, detention running long — somebody picks up.
Invoices out the day you deliver
Complete paperwork submitted immediately so your factoring or quick-pay never stalls on a missing POD.
Paperwork on your plate
Broker packets, setups, COI requests and rate cons handled end to end by your dispatcher.
Before you start
Four documents and you're on the board
Have these ready and most carriers are taking loads the same day.
Active operating authority
MC number in active status with the FMCSA, plus your DOT number.
Certificate of insurance
Auto liability and cargo coverage current, with Freight Bridge added as certificate holder.
Signed W-9
So brokers and factors can set you up without a second round of emails.
Voided check or factoring notice
Whichever applies — we handle the notice of assignment either way.
Missing something? Submit the form anyway. A dispatcher will call and walk you through what is left — including pointing you to filing help if your authority is still pending.

Roughly fifteen minutes, once
Carrier agreement counter-signed the same day it comes back.

Carrier FAQ
Carrier questions we answer daily
Straight answers about fees, contracts and how the relationship actually works.
Still not sure?
Call the dispatch desk. No script, no sales team — you get a dispatcher who can answer it in a minute.
(713) 249-5252Is there a sign-up fee or a contract?
No sign-up fee, and the agreement can be ended with written notice. We earn the relationship load by load rather than locking you into a term.
What percentage do you take?
A flat percentage of the linehaul on loads we book for you, agreed in writing before you sign. There are no hidden add-ons for paperwork, invoicing or after-hours support.
Is this forced dispatch?
Never. You see the rate, the lane and the appointment before anything is accepted. If a load does not work for you, we go back to the board.
Can I keep my own factoring company?
Yes. Keep your factor, or ask us to introduce you to one we work with regularly. We handle the notice of assignment either way.
How long does onboarding actually take?
Most carriers are set up the same day. If your MC, insurance and W-9 are ready when you submit the form, fifteen minutes is realistic.
Do you dispatch new authorities?
We do, once the authority is active and insurance is on file. Be aware that some brokers will not set up a carrier under 90 days old, which narrows the board for your first few months. We will tell you honestly what that means for your rates.
24 / 7 / 365 dispatch
Stop working two jobs at once.
Drive the truck. Let somebody else fight for the rate, chase the paperwork and file the invoice.
Or call (713) 249-5252 — a real dispatcher answers.
