What you can hold us to
All of this is in the Dispatch Service Agreement. Read it before you send us anything.
Our fee, in writing
A flat percentage per load, set out in the Dispatch Service Agreement before you sign. No setup fee, no extras.
Your authority stays yours
Every load runs under your MC. We act as your agent and never book a load you haven't approved.
Your money goes to you
Brokers and factors pay you directly. We invoice our fee separately and never hold your freight money.
Leave whenever you want
No long-term contract. Either side can end it with written notice.

No signup fee. Either of us can end the agreement with written notice.
What percentage do you take?
A flat percentage of the linehaul on loads we book, written into your agreement before you sign. Nothing extra for paperwork or after-hours calls.
Is it forced dispatch?
Never. You see the rate, lane and appointment first. If it doesn't work for you, we keep looking.
Can I keep my factoring company?
Yes. Keep yours or we can suggest one. We handle the notice of assignment either way.
How long does signup take?
Most carriers are set up the same day. With your documents ready it's about fifteen minutes.
Do you work with new authorities?
Yes, once your authority is active and insured. Some brokers won't set up carriers under 90 days old, so your first few months have fewer options. We'll be upfront about what that means for your rates.
