Three steps to your first load
Most carriers are set up the same day.

Send your documents
MC and DOT numbers, insurance certificate, W-9. We send the agreement back the same day.

We find the loads
Your dispatcher works the boards and our broker contacts, then brings you loads worth taking.

You haul, we file
Rate confirmations, check calls and paperwork handled. Invoices go out the day you deliver.

What you can hold us to
All of this is in the Dispatch Service Agreement. Read it before you send us anything.
Our fee, in writing
A flat percentage per load, set out in the Dispatch Service Agreement before you sign. No setup fee, no extras.
Your authority stays yours
Every load runs under your MC. We act as your agent and never book a load you haven't approved.
Your money goes to you
Brokers and factors pay you directly. We invoice our fee separately and never hold your freight money.
Leave whenever you want
No long-term contract. Either side can end it with written notice.

Email us. A dispatcher will answer, usually within one business hour.

No. We're a dispatch service. We work for you, under your authority, and you pay us. We don't broker freight and we're never on the other side of your rate.
Can you get me on a regular lane?
Often, yes. If a broker has steady freight on a lane that suits your truck, we'll try to make it a repeat run.
Do you dispatch hazmat or oversize?
Hazmat only if you have the endorsement. Oversize if you're permitted and comfortable running it. Tell us up front so we never offer a load you can't take.
What do you need to get started?
Your MC and DOT numbers, an insurance certificate, a signed W-9 and your factoring or quick-pay details.
What about detention?
We log arrival and departure times on every load and go after detention with the broker. You shouldn't wait for free.
