Services

Everything between the load board and the bank.

Two service lines, one operating team. Carriers get their trucks loaded and their paperwork handled. Shippers get capacity, tracking and a partner who screens every truck before it touches their freight.

  • FMCSA compliant

    Authority & insurance verified

  • 24/7 dispatch

    Nights, weekends, holidays

  • Top market rates

    Negotiated load by load

  • Fast invoicing

    Factoring & quick-pay setup

For carriers & owner-operators

Dispatch service

You own the authority and the truck. We own the phone calls, the negotiation and the paperwork that eats your evenings.

Rate negotiation

Every load is priced against live market data and our direct broker book before we bring it to you. We negotiate the linehaul, detention and layover — you approve the number.

Broker packets & paperwork

Carrier setups, W-9s, COI requests, rate confirmations and BOL follow-up. We keep a clean file for every broker so setup never delays a booking.

Invoicing & factoring support

Same-day invoice submission with complete paperwork. Bring your own factor or let us introduce you to one that fits your volume.

Dedicated 24/7 dispatcher

One named dispatcher who knows your equipment and home time, plus an always-staffed desk for breakdowns, reschedules and detention disputes.

Lane & route planning

We build your week around fuel, hours of service and where you want to end up on Friday — not just the highest number on the board.

Compliance monitoring

Authority, insurance expiry and CSA score tracked so a lapsed certificate never costs you a load you already accepted.

Long warehouse aisle lined with racked and palletized freight

Screened capacity, documented every mile

Authority, insurance and cargo limits verified before dispatch.

For shippers & manufacturers

Logistics & freight management

Priced honestly, covered reliably, and documented well enough that your finance team never has to ask what happened to a load.

Full truckload (FTL)

Dedicated trucks on dry van, reefer, flatbed and specialised equipment. Spot pricing or contracted lane rates, priced the same day.

Less-than-truckload & partials

Consolidated freight where a full trailer does not make sense, with the same screening and tracking as our truckload moves.

Nationwide capacity network

Vetted carriers in every major freight market plus our own dispatch board — capacity in the weeks when the load boards say there is none.

Real-time tracking

Pickup, in-transit, exception and delivery milestones pushed to your inbox or phone. No chasing anyone for a check call.

Carrier vetting & cargo screening

Operating authority, insurance certificates, cargo limits and safety scores verified before a truck is assigned to your freight.

Claims & documentation

PODs collected and filed, exceptions documented at delivery, and a claims process that starts the day the damage is reported.

Equipment we run

Every trailer type on the board

If it rolls on a US highway, we have a lane and a broker for it. Tell us what you pull and we will match it to freight that pays.

53' · 48'

Dry Van

The backbone of our board. Consumer goods, packaged freight and palletized retail on high-frequency lanes.

Temp-controlled

Reefer

Produce, protein, pharma and any load with a continuous temperature record. Pre-cool and set-point handled up front.

48' · 53' · RGN

Flatbed & Step Deck

Building materials, steel, machinery and oversize. Securement, permits and escort coordination included.

Class 3–5

Hotshot & Box Truck

Expedited and partial freight for teams running gooseneck, dually or straight truck equipment.

Drop & hook

Power Only

Pull a shipper's trailer, skip the detention. Ideal for owner-operators who want steady drop-and-hook cycles.

Something else?

Conestoga, RGN, tanker endorsements, oversize permits. Ask — we have probably already moved it.

Talk to a dispatcher

How it works

Three steps from paperwork to paycheck

No onboarding fees, no long-term lock-in, no percentage games buried in a contract.

  1. 01

    Quick onboarding

Send your MC/DOT, W-9 and COI. We counter-sign the carrier agreement and set your factoring preference. Fifteen minutes, once.

  2. 02

    Lane matching & rate negotiation

Your dispatcher works the boards and our direct broker book, prices against live market data, and brings you loads worth taking.

  3. 03

    Dispatch & prompt settlement

Rate con, directions and check calls handled. Paperwork submitted the day you deliver so the money starts moving immediately.

FAQ

Service questions, answered straight

The things carriers and shippers actually ask us on the first call.

Still not sure?

Call the dispatch desk. No script, no sales team — you get a dispatcher who can answer it in a minute.

(713) 249-5252
Is Freight Bridge a broker or a dispatch service?

Both desks run under one roof. For carriers we operate as a dispatch service working on your authority. For shippers we arrange transportation as a property broker. The two sides are kept separate on paper, which is exactly what keeps everyone compliant.

Can you handle a dedicated lane rather than spot freight?

Yes. If you move consistent volume on a lane we will price it as a contracted rate with committed capacity, which almost always beats spot over a quarter.

Do you move hazmat or oversize freight?

Hazmat through endorsed carriers only, and oversize with permits and escorts arranged as part of the quote. Tell us the dimensions and commodity up front so we price it correctly the first time.

What information do you need for an accurate quote?

Origin and destination zip codes, equipment type, commodity, weight, pallet or piece count, and your ready date. Dock hours and appointment requirements help us avoid detention surprises.

How is detention and layover handled?

We document arrival and departure times on every load and pursue detention with the broker or shipper directly. Carriers are not asked to eat time that was not theirs.
